The perfect lemon glaze is hard to find--not too sweet, not too sour, not too powdery and not too thick--but this one comes close. Another plus--it's super simple and easy; only 4 ingredients. Today's recipe is one I think you'll love. This chocolate glaze/icing is one of the best I've ever made. It's creamy and not-to-overwhelmingly sweet. My secret ingredients? Nestle Nesquik powder and salt. The salt tones down the sweetness, making the icing a little less sickly sweet and the Quik adding a spalsh of creamyness, along with the milk. This icing contains only six basic ingredients you probably have lying around your house!
