Simple: everyone loves time savers, everyone loves pizza. I beg you to disagree with me.
The best part? You only need 3 ingredients, plus any toppings.
-Naan or Pita bread-Pizza sauce
-Mozzarella
-Any toppings! (Pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese, peppers, onion, mushrooms, pineapple, ham, bacon, herbs, DOUBLE extra cheese? It’s up to you!)
Now, let’s cook.
Super Easy Naan Bread Pizza
Time: 25 minutes (including bake time)
Difficulty: Easy
Yield: 4 small pizzas
Ingredients
- 4 Naan Breads
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings! (However much you’d like)
To make:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and get out 2 baking sheets.
- Place 2 naan breads on each sheet, no greasing needed!
- Place about 3-4 tablespoons sauce on each ‘crust’.
- Sprinkle a large handful of cheese over the sauce.
- Place toppings on your pizza, however much you’d like.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly (pizzas will be very hot), then cut into 4 slices and serve.
